Equine sports massage is completely non-invasive and thoroughly enjoyable for the animal. Benefits like increased circulation and stimulation to the lymphatic system can aid in recovery and help to maintain overall health and muscle tone. It can help to increase flexibility, remove toxins from stressed muscles and relieve muscle spasms for athletic animals. Every equestrian - owner, trainer, and rider of racehorses or show horses - wants his or her horse to have every possible edge in competition. Massage can help provide that edge. Similarly, every owner of a pleasure horse wants the assurance that their horse is the best it can be. Due to the health promoting qualities of massage, as well as its curative properties, this therapy is being incorporated by knowledgeable equestrians as an integral part of their horses' total and continuous health care program.
Duration of massage is approximately 80 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of stretching. Reflexology is also included, as time allows.

As with humans, canine massage helps maintain good health. It positively impacts every system of the dog’s body, from the circulatory to even the nervous system. It helps increase range of motion, enhances muscle function, reduces muscle tension, reduces stress, and increases circulation of blood and lymph throughout the body. Additionally, massage also helps flush toxins from the body.
The massage is beneficial for all types of dogs, from 'pets' to animals that are active in obedience and conformation. It can be used in many ways; from calming temperaments, and aiding in athletic ability, to increasing the bond between human and animal.
Massage is especially appropriate for dogs recovering from an injury, or plagued by arthritis or joint problems. Massage boosts healing because it increases the blood flow throughout the body, which in turn brings the oxygen and nutrients to those areas with restricted blood flow, whether from scar tissue, trauma or aging. Duration of massage is approximately 40 minutes.

Reflexology for animals has all the benefits of 'the people version' (Of course, working on four legs...er...paws, is a little different in technique). It loosens muscles, breaks up crystals and restores circulation to congested areas. It is also known to help numerous maladies including stress, arthritis, and chronic pain. In a non-invasive manner reflexology increases your animal's own natural healing process while being completely relaxing and invigorating.
